The strawberry chia jam is a very simple recipe that I borrowed from instructables.com. Their recipe used blackberries, but you could substitute blueberries or raspberries too. Here is the recipe:
1 C of fruit
1/2 C water
1/3 C honey
3 Tbsp lemon juice
Just mash the fruit, stir in the remaining ingredients, and store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes!
